Of course! This is the upmost VIP membership at RAF and with this membership, all other adult fitness classes are included!
We would just charge you the difference of the Semi Private pricing on a monthly basis, until you're paid in full year is completed.
In Semi Private Training, we focus on YOU, as it allows for more personal attention. We track your workout, progress it properly and create a plan to reevaluate and progress the client to their full potential. It's all about your specific goals and the most efficient way of reaching them!
This depends on you. The training & nutrition plan we have in Semi Private Training is optimized to achieve constant growing results in a proper fashion. Nothing will ever be done overnight but give us your 100% effort and we'll show you the right way of seeing the results you're looking for.
